June 15 — Anchored Colombia Divino Nino as an ‘ingredient’…

Father’s Day weekend dinner with my son.

My shopping at the Brewery market and Bishop’s cellar, inspires me to consider using Anchored Colombia micro-lot coffee as an ingredient rather than a product, as I surprisingly learned that James Hoffmann blogged about it a few days ago (unknown to me).

Getaway flank steak with Anchored Colombia Divino Nino & Oaxca chile Pasilla rub.

Served over sautéed Norbert’s asparagus, Hutten sugar snap peas and 4Seasons radishes with chimichurri. Also Norbert’s mixed green salad. Chilean Carmenere (for dad).
