November 10 — TIBS

Crowded here today. Great to see. But, everyone is telling me Saturday was even busier… SRO

So many people I know seem to be coming from other side of harbor.    Just for coffee and/or pastries!!! Imagine that. Even Ted was here once and I don’t know if Hugh has made it from SOR.

Me, I just got a Macpass for bridge, as I suspect there will be more trips to Dartmouth than usual this winter (beyond driving daughter for soccer practices).

After my Zane macc which was great (as always), I get a presspot of the Stumptown Guatemala Finca El Injerto (Bourbon) today.  Yesterday, Zane made it for me in the Abid.  I think I preferred the Abid.  Floral and fruity.  Yesterday’s, was more cocoa and brown sugar (almost maple syrup)…   Today it is a bit peachy and some mild cocoa as it cools.  Zane is not too keen on IT.  I’m sure it will be interesting in the siphon.

I was there today from 07:20 – 08:30, steady stream of clients, many first-timers. But you should have seen Saturday. Crazy busy, line up out the door, standing room only, Honduras COE – sweet.

BTW – you don’t need a MacPass for your bike ;)
